For the comfort and enjoyment of our Sun N Fun Guests; rental home accommodations must meet the following criteria to be considered in our available list of homes to rent during the event:

Rental home does not currently have pets living within/on the premises AND home must be a cigarette/cigar/pipe smoke free environment. Guests are also not allowed to bring a pet OR smoke inside the rental home accommodation during their stay.
The rental home must include basic utility services such as electric, gas, running hot/cold water, and offer cable and internet access services.
Owner must agree to vacate the rental home and make the home available one day prior to the guest arrival date in order for Native Palm Properties to schedule professional cleaning service to clean the rental home. The cleaning charge (not to exceed $125.00) will be deducted from the net rental proceeds paid to the owner after management commission fee is deducted. The home will also be professionally cleaned after the Guest departs and paid for by the Guest as a "check out cleaning fee".
Guest check out deadline on their scheduled departure date is 11:00am. Cleaning services will be scheduled to follow the Guest's departure and the owner will be called when rental home is ready for them to return.

We have found these arrangements work best for both owners and guests. We understand that renting your home can be stressful to some but it can also be rewarding. We wish to make the experience the most pleasant for owners and guests alike. Rental ranges can vary depending on the accommodations and amenities available.

Additional rental homes made available by private owners for our management only during the event will be added to this page.
